Donald E. Rysztak

Donald E. Rysztak is a Commercial Sales and Closing Officer for the Detroit NTS office located in Bloomfield Hills, MI. He attended Northern Michigan University in Marquette, Michigan. He has worked in the title industry for over 30 years, and has extensive closing, sales, operations and management experience in both Commercial and Residential title.

Don joined Fidelity National in March of 2005.

John Davis

John joined CB Richard Ellis (by way of Trammell Crow Company) in 2004, concentrating his efforts primarily on Corporate Advisory Services. He specialized in financial/banking tenant representation. His clients have included Comerica Bank, American Express, Ameriprise, JD Power and Associates (McGraw-Hill), DTE Energy, Harte-Hanks, Capgemini, Eli Lilly and a host of others.

Currently, John is the Sales and Leasing Manager for Ford Motor Land Development Corporation (Ford Land), a subsidiary of Ford Motor Company. The Ford Land portfolio consists of 5.2 million square feet of office and R&D space in Dearborn and Allen Park.
