This course teaches fundamentals of commercial real estate finance plus demonstrates the use of the Hewlett Packard financial calculator. Attendees will learn to input even cash flows for NPV and IRR calculations, as well as the more challenging uneven cash flow. A 50-page step-by-step reference guide is given to each attendee.
