Kurt Lowdermilk obtained a degree in marketing from Akron University in 1975. In 1982 he formed his own sales representative agency, KDL Sales Company. The company continues to serve Michigan food processors in the fruit industry.
In 1998 looking for a greater challenge and wanting to help others succeed in business he obtained his real estate license.
Since then, he has added an associate broker’s license to his portfolio and is pursuing his CCIM designation. He specializes in Main Street and investment commercial properties.
He is currently president of REALTORS Land Institute, Michigan Chapter #1, and sits on the board of directors of the Michigan Business brokers Association.
He and his wife Barb live on a 120-acre farm in Fremont.
