Jim Rabaut
Jim Rabaut practices in the area of real estate transactions, including commercial
construction projects, commercial lease negotiations, easements, commercial real estate
sales and acquisitions and business condominiums. He serves as the Chair of the firm’s
Real Estate Practice Group.

Jen Nichols
Jen Nichols focuses her practice in the areas of real estate and tax law. She is a contributing
author to “Commercial Lease Presumptions Under Michigan Law” and specializes in lease
negotiations. Jennifer also is fluent in Spanish.

Rob Davies
Rob Davies assists clients with the leasing, development, acquisition and sale of real
property, including business and residential condominiums. He also practices in the area
of riparian rights law. Rob is a member of Warner’s Condominium Practice Group and
Construction Law Group.

Ken Vermeulen
