Jon G. Savoy, the owner and president of Lee & Associates of Michigan, is widely recognized today as one of the top producers in the commercial real estate business. He began his career at a small brokerage company in Michigan and then moved successively to larger, more competitive national firms, including Colliers International, Signature Associates and Grubb & Ellis. Jon used his talent for understanding markets, brokering deals and satisfying customers to build a strong sales track record and to win a series of sales awards, beginning in 1989. He also earned two highly prized industry designations: Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR).

Jon has been formally recognized for his achievements many times by his industry peers. In 1995, the Michigan CCIM chapter named him “Michigan Broker of the Year.” In 2004, he was honored as “Broker of the Year” by Oakland County, Michigan, and as “Power Broker” by the CoStar Group. First Industrial Realty Trust named him “Most Valuable Broker in Detroit” both in 2004 and 2005. Most recently, Jon was named one of the “Top Forty Over 40” for excellence in commercial real estate by Midwest Real Estate News.

Jon hit another milestone in his career when he opened the first Lee & Associates office in Michigan in May 2005. Since then he has served as a mentor and motivator for the professional brokers who have joined his team.
