David has been specializing in corporate services and multi-market assistance since 1988. David has completed acquisition and disposition assignments in Australia, China, Europe, Canada, Mexico and throughout the U.S. For 20 years, he has specialized in office/flex space in Oakland County, representing both local and institutional landlords, as well as owners and corporations with acquisition, disposition and consulting services, completing over $1 Billion in transactions and over 1,000 transactions.

Tim Hatlestad is President and Chief Executive Officer of RE/MAX Commercial Investment, a 45+ agent commercial investment real estate firm with offices in Scottsdale and Phoenix (Arizona), and Owner of RE/MAX Achievers, a 500+ member residential real estate firm with offices in the Phoenix metropolitan area. The company completed over $2.8 Billion and almost 10,000 transaction sides in calendar year 2005. Tim is also the 2008 President of the CCIM Institute, and was the 2005 President of the Arizona Association of REALTORS®.

Tim and his wife Keri of 21 years are parents to their 16-year-old son Griffin and 13-year-old daughter Morgan, and have resided in Scottsdale, Arizona for approximately 25 years. Tim is also the Keynote Speaker at Synergy 2008.
