President and founder of Cooper Commercial Group, Ltd. Win has accrued over twenty years of commercial real estate experience with a strong banking and financial analysis focus. He graduated from the University of Michigan-Ann Arbor in 1982 with a Bachelor of Arts degree, and in 1984 with a Master of Business Administration degree. He is a Member of Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM); Real Estate Alumni of Michigan (RAM); National Association of Realtors. Win is the 2008 president for CBOR, the Commercial Board of REALTORS.

Stuart J. Kingma, SIOR joined The Wisinski Group in 1994 and offers services that include the sales and leasing of commercial and industrial real estate. Mr. Kingma has over 18 years of experience in sales and marketing which includes 14 years experience dealing exclusively with commercial and industrial properties. This focus and experience allows Mr. Kingma to provide his clients with the most up to date information regarding changing market conditions and property availability that affect their real estate investments and decisions.

June Summers Haas

June Summers Haas is a partner with Honigman Miller Schwartz and Cohn LLP in Lansing, Michigan where she specializes in advising clients on a nationwide basis on multistate tax strategies, resolving tax disputes and litigating state tax cases. She is a nationally recognized expert on nexus issues and has been in the forefront of litigation on retroactive application of nexus standards, establishing Michigan’s casual transaction, and distinguishing between sales of services and sales of tangible property. In addition, Ms. Haas spearheaded efforts to enact procedural reform for Michigan tax administration and was a consultant to the Michigan Chamber of Commerce and the Legislature in drafting the new Michigan Business Tax.
